Every year, as summer approaches I start dreading swimsuit season. I seriously cannot stand to see another woman wearing a triangle string bikini, drab, terry cloth, strapless swimsuit cover, and $1 Old Navy flip flops. I understand there is a time and place for everything, but just because we are going to the pool, or beach, or whatever, doesn't mean our sense of fashion has to come to a screeching halt. There are so many ways to be chic at the beach, starting with an uber cool swimsuit cover.
I think the problem with swimsuit cover-ups is just that...it doesn't have to be a 'swimsuit cover-up.' I typed 'Swimsuit cover-up' into google and came up with the same boring terry cloth strapless things. Think outside the box! Here is what I will be wearing over my swimsuits this season, and no, none of them are labeled 'Swimsuit Cover-ups'
